The Svadhisthana Chakra (Sacred Chakra) is one of the seven main energy centers in our body, according to the ancient Indian yoga philosophy. It is located in the lower abdomen, approximately at the level of the sacrum or lower back. The Swadhisthana chakra is associated with the energy of sexuality, creativity, desire and passion.
